Most of the bacteria in our digestive system are friendly when they are in the right numbers. Helicobacter in a low dosage protects the esophagus from inflammation and from weakening of the muscle between the esophagus and the stomach.

The bacteria proliferate in high acidity and stop in low acidity.

Coffee and sweetened drinks cause high acidity, and so does milk.

Want to deal a blow to that bacteria? Stir a teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda into a glass of water and drink (one-time thing, not excessively). Can be taken for three-four days straight and that’s it.

5-10 drops of quality oregano oil in a glass of water 4 times a day before eating.

Vitamin D 10,000 units every day, in the first two weeks you can 15,000—20,000 units.

Water. Lots and lots of water.
